Radial Plans to Fill More Than 500 Seasonal Customer Care Jobs in Pueblo, Colorado, to Support ecommerce Holiday Demands

Pueblo, Colo., September 14, 2021Radial, a bpost group company, the leader in ecommerce solutions, today announced its plan to bring on more than 500 customer care agents in Pueblo, Colorado, to support increased ecommerce demand this holiday season. Seasonal hires will be at the forefront of ecommerce, elevating a seamless experience, addressing key issues, and communicating with customers across multiple channels such as phone, chat, social media, email, and more.

Recent consumer research conducted by Radial reveals that 65% of shoppers plan to either increase or spend the same on online purchases during the holidays this year compared to 2020. As peak season demands increase for brands, Radial’s customer care agents work behind the scenes and scale to meet heightened activity. Seasonal workers are critical to keeping response times short and satisfaction scores high when it matters most. At the customer care center in Pueblo, Colorado, seasonal workers will have the chance to work with some of the world’s favorite brands including Cole Haan, Aeropostale, WWE, Hibbett Sports and more.

This year Radial is focused on associate care—from continued COVID health and safety practices, to training and onboarding improvements with added health and safety-conscious processes, to full-time conversion opportunities—the company’s goal is to make the associate experience a great one. Since the onset of the pandemic, Radial has increased the number of remote positions at its customer care centers. Associates that have the necessary skill sets and meet technology requirements set by Radial, will benefit from the flexibility of a work-at-home model.

Radial and its partners continue to implement the necessary interview and training processes for agents to ensure safety during this time. This includes increased virtual training formats to reduce the need and number of seasonal associates in previously onsite-only training classes, along with an increase in virtual-only positions across the country. From interviews to training and onboarding to daily work, Radial is continuing to expand the number of virtual positions and accepting applications from qualified individuals. With the focus on associate experience, Radial has also implemented new technologies that improve the way teams work across the network such as enhanced customer service software applications to improve efficiencies and simplify tasks.
