An immersive dome
The gathering took place in an iconic, abandoned factory along Rotterdam’s Maas River, a space transformed into an immersive dome.
Remarkable stories by Leonardo Antonio Avezzano
Leonardo Antonio Avezzano (movie-maker, explorer, and photographer) gave a powerful presentation on embracing change and transforming fear into opportunity.
Leonardo described his journey from corporate success to mountain photography. What really resonated was his philosophy on embracing fear as a friend.
“Fear is there to tell you that you’re stepping into the unknown” he shared. “It’s an awareness super-weapon”.
In the ever-changing ecommerce industry, this mindset of seeing change not as a threat but as an opportunity for innovation hit home.

A 360° experience of Radial sites
The 360° video highlighted a state-of-the-art facility in Groningen, one of Radial’s fulfillment sites in Europe.
Here, 299 autonomous mobile robots work alongside humans to boost productivity and accuracy. An example of successful collaboration between Radial Europe, Dematic, and Quicktron Robotics.
