Radial offers 3 comprehensive dental plan options. We are partnered with Delta Dental, the largest provider of dental insurance in the US, serving more than one third of all Americans with dental insurance.
Plan options
Dental plan options include Delta Dental’s Enhanced Plan, Basic Plus Plan, and Basic Plan.
Eligibility
All employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.
Plan networks
All plans offer in- and out-of-network benefits. Using Delta’s PPO or Premier Networks lower your out of pocket costs.
Routine care
Deductible waived for all plans for diagnostic and preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and x-rays.
Orthodontics
Orthodontics/braces benefits are available for adults and children to age 26.
Active Radial employees
Visit Benefit Express for Enrollment and Plan Information using Radial’s single sign-on or your username and password for the site.
