All employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.
Virtual care
FREE virtual care with a primary care physician for urgent or sick visits. Up to 12 visits per plan year for anyone enrolled in a Radial medical plan.
Second opinion
FREE second opinion service with leading specialist on any diagnosis, treatment plan or medication for anyone enrolled in a Radial medical plan.
Mental health
FREE virtual care with a mental health counselor. Up to 12 visits per plan year for anyone enrolled in a Radial medical plan.
Active Radial employees
Visit Benefit Express for Enrollment and Plan Information using Radial’s single sign-on or your username and password for the site.
