This boom in ecommerce spending has created a hotbed of job opportunity in the fulfillment and customer care sectors in recent years. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are now well
over one million warehouse workers in the U.S., an increase of 87 percent since 2009, and nearly three million customer care representatives, which is projected to grow five percent by 2026.
