Radial Announces More Than 10,000 Seasonal Jobs for Holiday eCommerce Support

Company plans to convert approximately 10% of seasonal hires to full-time employees in 2024

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Radial, Inc., a bpostgroup company, the leader in eCommerce solutions, announced plans to bring on more than 10,000 seasonal associates to support the peak holiday season. Among these openings, more than 9,500 are for positions within Radial’s fulfillment centers in the U.S. and Canada with another 1,000 openings for customer care positions.

As the holiday season approaches, Radial is ramping up its workforce to support brands in meeting customer expectations. According to Radial’s recent consumer peak season survey, 67% of consumers will begin their holiday shopping before Black Friday and Cyber Monday. As eCommerce demand is expected to increase early, Radial is ready to scale and meet those needs for the brands it partners with. Each year, Radial scales its workforce with confidence during the holiday season to ensure that brands fulfill their promises of exceptional customer experience – from click to delivery.

This year, seasonal associates will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top brands such as Gymshark, Cole Haan and more.

“With the holiday season fast approaching, we are excited to welcome back familiar faces and onboard new associates to the Radial team this year,” said Sabrina Wnorowski, SVP and CHRO, Radial. “This year we are particularly looking forward to fostering the talent of our seasonal workforce for conversion opportunities in the new year. In addition to having the chance to work with some of the top brands in retail to get packages delivered in time for the holidays, joining our team during peak season is the perfect opportunity to explore a future in eCommerce.”

The seasonal associates that convert to full-time employees in the new year will have the opportunity to further their careers in eCommerce and take advantage of the company’s competitive and comprehensive benefits, perks, and programs. Those benefits and perks for full-time employees include, health, dental and wellbeing support, competitive 401K plans, paid time off including vacation and paid parental leaves, educational assistance, and perks and discounts with major brands from gym memberships to vacation discounts.

“I started my career with Radial as a peak seasonal associate in 2008 and it quickly became a cornerstone of my career,” said Jamie Lewis, Outbound Lead, Martinsville Virginia Radial Fulfillment Center. “I converted to a full-time employee the following year because the work is truly fulfilling and provides a sense of accomplishment knowing that we are making a difference every day – for Radial customers, fellow employees, and consumers. eCommerce is an evolving industry, and Radial provides unmatched opportunities to learn new skills, new client industries and get hands-on experience in various departments for continued career growth. The sense of comradery is palpable onsite because we know our jobs are making a difference and Radial ensures we know our contributions to this ever-changing industry are valued.”
