Radial’s fulfillment center in Poland is located in Brwinów, near Warsaw, in one of the largest logistics parks in central Poland, close to the airport, major highways, and most courier companies.

This prime location ensures excellent access to other regions within the country and markets throughout Europe. The modern facility has been built and equipped to meet the order fulfillment requirements of e-commerce companies.

With approximately 17,000 square meters of space, the warehouse is divided into automated and manual sections.

A-frame

The automated area features an A-frame system, pick-to-light technology, sorters, and conveyors from Knapp, allowing doubling the same-day order shipping.

Order management

The latest Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS), including renowned Manhattan, the best in the world for managing warehouse processes, are utilized for customer service, delivery monitoring, inventory management, and shipment tracking.

The warehouse is equipped to handle tens of thousands of orders per day.

Infrastructure

The infrastructure includes a rack system designed for e-commerce customers, with an operational height of 10 meters. It features unloading ramps, zero ramps, and combi ramps, allowing various types of vehicles to be unloaded, including trailers, containers, and vans.

Sustainability

Sustainability is an important aspect of Radial Poland’s fulfillment operations. Energy-efficient lighting systems and intelligent heating systems are utilized to control emissions and regulate temperature. Waste segregation and electronic waste records are practised. The warehouse holds Breeam In-Use and FSC CoC certifications. It is also adapted to handling eco-friendly products.

People

The warehouse employs an average of 50 to 80 workers on a single shift, increasing to around 100 during seasonal sales peaks. The team is supported by qualified managers and customer service specialists. With the implementation of automation and modern warehouse management systems, the company is hiring more engineers and specialists to ensure the highest level of service for customers.

The warehouse operates during hours tailored to meet customers’ needs, on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Currently, there are two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Parcel collection and shipment take place between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
