Join Us
Join us in Munich, Germany, on Thursday, July 3rd, for an exclusive event that will challenge many of the things you know about digital transformation, data handling and e-commerce.
This isn’t another tech conference. It’s about discovering how human connection transforms every touchpoint in the customer journey – from warehouse to doorstep.
The Location: Kunst Block Balve
Kunst Block Balve a unique art and event location situated in the heart of Munich, at Friedrich-von-Pauli-Straße 21, 80687 München, near the Schwanthalerhöhe district and easily accessible by public transport or car.

The venue spans over 1,550 m² and it stands out with its industrial character, offering a creative alternative to the typical Munich style.

The Workshop Room is a creative space designed in the style of a workshop, perfect for hands-on art workshops, brainstorming sessions, or creative meetings. A long window front floods the space with daylight, creating an inspiring environment.
The Human Element

Like the climber who finds meaning not in reaching the peak but in the journey itself, we’ll explore how the most successful brands are those that never lose sight of the human element.
