My passion for the company to be successful motivates me every day. I have a sense of ownership that drives me to give 110% to Radial.
How long have you been at Radial and how has your career grown since starting?
I’ve been with the company for 24 years! My career has grown in astronomical proportions since I was hired as temporary, seasonal support in 1999 at the Brunswick, Georgia Call Center. I was able to work in many different roles which gave me invaluable knowledge of the business that got me to where I am today.
Which Radial value inspires you the most and why?
Choosing just one of the core Radial values is a tough ask! I will have to say Passion is the one that inspires me the most. I am a firm believer that if you are passionate about the success of the business, you will be successful. Having passion and a sense of ownership makes collaborating, being curious, respectful, and having fun very easy at Radial.
Here at Radial, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) are very important to us…For this reason, we want to know: Do you have any special celebrations or traditions you embrace that honor your community, culture, or heritage?
I have a very diverse family with so many different backgrounds and cultures that we tend to do a lot of celebrating throughout the year. I would have to say that my favorite is our annual downtown event, “Porchfest”. 50+ residents decorate their front porch, and we host a local musician or band to play for the crowds in the streets. There are all types of food vendors, entertainment, and most importantly community engagement. It is a wonderful event that includes many cultures, that I look forward to each year.
What is one word you would use to describe working at Radial?
Exciting! Every day brings a new obstacle to overcome, a new problem to solve, or a new success to celebrate!
What is a fun fact that most people don’t know about you?
If I am not at work, I am more than likely on or in salt water! I love the ocean, the beach, and searching for shark’s teeth & fossils so much that I believe I must have been a mermaid in a past life. I go out on our jet ski at least once a week year-round, love to paddle board, surf, and knee board.
