The Speakers
Aleksandra Przegalińska, AI Expert Futurologist, Kozmiński University
“Revolutionizing Customer Experience: The Power of Conversational AI in Business”
Professor at the Leon Kozminski Academy, a postdoctoral fellow in management sciences. She earned her PhD in the philosophy of artificial intelligence at the Institute of Philosophy of the UW. She is currently the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and ESR at Kozminski University. Since 2016, she has researched at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She is a graduate of The New School for Social Research in New York, where she participated in research on identity in virtual reality, with a particular focus on Second Life. She is currently a Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. In 2022, she began working with Harvard’s Labor and Worklife Program. She is interested in the development of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, social robots and wearable technologies.
Ines Kainz, Sales Manager, Knapp

Sales Manager at Knapp, an Austrian-based company that provides intelligent automation solutions for warehouses and distribution centers. With over 18 years of experience in logistics and automation, Ines has a strong background in the business and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in robotics and AI. Her motto, “The right movement at the right moment in the right context”, drives her to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. She speaks: Italian, Spanish, English, and German.
Michael Auras, Director Operations EMEA doTERRA
Director Operations EMEA at doTERRA, one of the largest essential oil brands in the world operating on a direct selling model. Highly experienced Operations Professional with 18 years of expertise in the field of EU-wide operating Network Marketing companies. Extensive background in EMEA broad market- and logistic development, LEAN management, effective budgeting, and leading varied strategic OPS projects. Advanced experience in managing significant company events and consulting on occasional legal/regulatory projects.
Molecular Gastronomy Workshop
Molecular Gastronomy is a scientific and innovative approach to cooking that uses natural ingredients and chemical processes. During the workshop, you’ll create fresh sorbet with liquid nitrogen, a vanilla balloon that bursts in the mouth, or an elixir with dry ice! The workshops are led by Thefood.pl, Poland’s most prominent molecular gastronomy company.
