As CEO, Henri de Romrée leads bpostgroup’s e-Logistics North America division, which includes bpostgroup subsidiaries Radial, Landmark Global, Apple Express, and FDM. Henri is a member of the Group Executive Committee and has formerly held positions at bpostgroup first as Group CFO, then Director of its Mail & Retail business unit. Prior, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company and held several leadership roles focusing on strategic transformation and performance management in the company’s Global Post, Parcels, and Logistics practice. Henri has also served in management positions at Euroclear and as an associate at A.T. Kearney. He holds a master’s degree of Science in Management from Solvay Business School.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Patrick Allard is responsible for the company’s new business development. Prior to joining Radial, Patrick served as the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Revenue Officer of Global Ecommerce at Pitney Bowes. Patrick joined Pitney Bowes in 2017 via the acquisition of Newgistics, Inc. and has held several sales leadership positions. He spent 12 years with Newgistics where he was responsible for the development of the sales strategy, helping to facilitate hyper growth within the organization. Patrick holds a Sports Medicine degree from S. New Hampshire at Manchester and studied economics at Kent State University while enrolled in the Future Leaders Program at Yellow Roadway Corporation.

As Senior Vice President Account Management, Cindy Almond is responsible for overall client satisfaction and helping clients grow through proactive client engagement.  Cindy has more than 20 years of experience in leading high performing Client Account Management organizations in rapidly changing markets. She previously held the position of Chief Client Officer at PFS Commerce where she was responsible for engagement, satisfaction and growth of existing clients.  Cindy has also held various roles leading customer care operations, client project management, and sales.  She holds a BA from the University of Kansas.

As Chief Technology Officer of Radial, Jim French is responsible for the strategic technology roadmap that drives all Radial products and services.

Prior to joining Radial, French served as Chief Technology Officer at Transplace, an Uber Freight Company, where he oversaw all enterprise technology, including product and program management, software engineering, data platforms, and information security, among other areas of specialty, during his four-year tenure. Before Transplace, French held senior technology roles at MoneyGram International as Chief Technology Officer & Head of Application Development & Enterprise Architecture, and at travel technology company Sabre. 

Jim is a graduate of University College Dublin.

As Senior Vice President and CFO of bpostgroup North America, Eduard Garcia Torrejon leads the financial function across Radial, Landmark Global, Apple Express and FDM. Eduard is responsible for the management of our financial performance. Prior to joining Radial, Eduard served as an executive leader for SUEZ for the past decade. In 2019, he was appointed CFO of Environmental Services & Advanced Solutions businesses. Eduard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree from the University of Barcelona and an executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Esade Business School. He has pursued additional leadership development as a member of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program (GMP) and Columbia Business School’s Value Investing Program.

As Senior Vice President Payment Solutions & Omnichannel, Yvan Gilliard leads Radial’s business units focusing on digital eCommerce services: Payments Solutions covering payment operations, fraud, chargeback management and tax services; and Omnichannel Services focusing on Order Management Systems, with solutions enabling order brokering, multi-site fulfillment, drop shipments, store fulfillment, and access to marketplaces. Yvan has more than 10 years of leadership experience in project and operational oriented environments, spanning industries: retail, logistics, manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, chemicals, public transport and entertainment with a focus on business process improvements and corporate strategy. Previously, he was General Manager for the wholesale business unit at Ubiway/AMP (part of bpostgroup, formerly Lagardère group) as well as Director for Digital and PMO. He also served as Head of European Supply Chain Operations at CinemaNext. Yvan started his career as a consultant at Deloitte in Supply Chain & Corporate Strategy. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Namur, Belgium.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for bpostgroup, Ross Hurwitz manages the global legal and compliance functions at bpostgroup and supports the bpostgroup Board of Directors and Group Executive Committee. Ross is also a member of the Radial Executive Leadership Team and advises the executive team on all legal, compliance, and governance matters. Previously, Ross was an associate at the law firm Dechert LLP and accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ross holds a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BS degree in accounting and finance from Lehigh University.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Laura Ritchey leads Radial’s omnichannel, fulfillment, transportation and customer care business units delivering eCommerce solutions for our clients. She is responsible for executing and implementing Radial’s day-to-day operational plans with a strategic mindset and client-centric focus. Laura has more than 25 years of experience leading retail, manufacturing, distribution, and business operations with a successful track record of steering strategic initiatives resulting in improved business performance and financial results. She began her career in finance, worked at L Brands as EVP Operations for Victoria’s Secret Beauty after multiple roles in senior leadership and then was Chief Operating Officer position at FullBeauty Brands and Centric Brands. Laura holds a BA, MBA and JD from The Ohio State University and formerly served as Board Chair for both the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Council Inc. and the Choices Eliminating Domestic Violence shelter.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Sabrina Wnorowski is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our employee lifecycle. An employee since 2015, Sabrina has held multiple positions within the human resources department, including previously leading Radial’s Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams. Sabrina has over 15 years of expertise in benefits, compensation, HR information systems and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Radial, she held multiple leadership positions in HR at Cenlar FSB. Sabrina earned a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and BA in Business Administration/Management and Political Science from Albright College. Sabrina is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program and a certified Korn Ferry 360 coach.
