Every time we fulfill an order, we are responsible for the experience that the end customer will have when they open the package. We provide value-added services, including embroidery and gift wrapping, to ensure the experience is exactly what our fashion clients desire. Additionally, we offer return services, including quality control grading and even refurbishment if there are any damages to the product. These are all crucial for fashion clients who want to grow as e-commerce and omnichannel brands.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p><em>How does Radial support clients looking to expand into new markets?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>We are fully integrated with more than 240 carriers across Europe, enabling our fashion clients to access new markets quickly. Within a few days, we can set up new routes to countries where our clients are not yet active. If there is further growth in those markets, our in-house developed integration layer allows clients to swiftly move to a new location within the Radial network without the need for an additional 3-4 months of integration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p><em>How has technology played a role in your operations?<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>Our company has been active in e-commerce for more than 20 years. And technology has always been at the heart of what we do. With every solution that we put together, we pay extra attention to the type of technology that we use. That can include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radial.com\/eur\/case-study\/amr-s-implementation-among-europes-largest\">automation<\/a>, which we can invest in thanks to the financial backing of the bpostgroup. That can be transparency, which we offer through our online portal where our clients can view the status of any given order at any time. They can make changes if needed, and check their inventory.
