Until last year, most companies were focused on growth\u2014everyone wanted to capture as much of the market as possible. Today, that focus has shifted significantly; companies are no longer just looking at growth, but at profitable growth. Achieving profitable and sustainable growth means that many companies have stopped buying volumes, leading to either a decline or stagnation in volumes. We no longer see the huge growth we experienced during the Covid years of 2020-2021.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>As a logistics provider, this shift means we need to be flexible. Our customers are looking for solutions that help them reduce costs, and while we can\u2019t lower variable costs much because shipping volumes still need to be handled, we can focus on reducing overhead. Each day, we must adapt to the changing market requirements. Beyond automation, the evolving market environment pushes us towards greater flexibility.
