Wir sind jedoch <strong>flexibel<\/strong> und k\u00f6nnen uns je nach Volumen anpassen. In Spitzenzeiten k\u00f6nnen wir auf drei Schichten erweitern und 24\/6 arbeiten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>Aufgrund der schwankenden Nachfrage arbeiten wir mit einer lokalen Arbeitsagentur zusammen. Wir planen zwar mit Prognosen, aber Flexibilit\u00e4t ist entscheidend. Ich empfehle, eine <strong>Stammbelegschaft von 10-15 % <\/strong>aufrechtzuerhalten,<strong> <\/strong>die durch <strong>Zeitarbeiter<\/strong> erg\u00e4nzt wird.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>Das ist besonders wichtig, weil montags und dienstags die Bestellungen vom Wochenende sehr hoch sind und wir bis zum Ende der Woche alle wichtigen Best\u00e4nde f\u00fcr den Verkauf bereit haben wollen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sorgen <strong>Bewegungs- und Pr\u00e4senzerfassungssysteme <\/strong>daf\u00fcr, dass die Beleuchtung in den Kommissioniert\u00fcrmen, den Gemeinschaftsbereichen und an den F\u00f6rderb\u00e4ndern nur bei Bedarf eingeschaltet wird.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-paragraph-block\">\n<p>Wir <strong>minimieren den Verpackungsaufwand<\/strong> mit einem \u201eVerpacken auf Anfrage\u201c-System, empfehlen unseren Kunden nachhaltige Methoden und ermutigen sie zur Verwendung von <strong>100 % recycelbarem Kunststoff,<\/strong> Kartons aus Gras oder anderen <strong>umweltfreundlichen Materialien<\/strong>.
