Elipsys Frames for EVO, Twin Cam and Sportster/Buell (FOR DYNA MONOSHOCK FRAME SEE THE BIKE BUILDS SECTION)

FXR and Dyna riders know the benefits of isolating that huge thumping motor from the frame, for reducing rider fatigue, and easing the vibration stresses on components. Radial.com specialise in hand crafted FXR-based frames and bikes incorporating the design registered Elipsys swingarm cradle for wide rear-ends.

Designed by Robert Alder at Radial.com and superbly prototyped by John Parry at Cobra Motorcycle Engineering, the frames and swingarms are designed for up to 200 rear tyre with belt for FXR based buids, and up to 300 rear tyres for Dyna and Sportster/Buell based builds. Several compatible swingarms, with standard or Drive-side brake setups, are now available.

- For Evolution or Twin Cam motors and transmission, or Twin Cam motors with Evo transmission.
- TIG welded 1.25" seamless cold drawn tubing
- Approximately 5.5" ground clearance
- Clearance over rear rocker box for stroker motors.
- Forward or mid controls.
- Equally suited to FLT, FXR or Dyna transmission case. (If you install an FXR transmission case we can supply you with an under-tranny oil tank custom made for the frame, complete with oil drainer extension to drain the transmission oil easily and cleanly.
- Special issue components such as battery boxes and fuel tanks are available.

The Elipsys rear loop section is design registered.

ELIPSYS FRAME MODELS

Prices range from GBP £1787.00 for 'PACER' (37 deg. rake/stock length front end, for 180 rear wheel and chain), to GBP £1963.00 for 'FANTOM' (up to 48 deg. rake/20" over, for 200 rear wheel and belt). Both styles available with forward or mid controls. For 'Elipsys' monoshock frame for DYNA or BUELL/SPORTSTER up to 300 tyre add GBP£260.70 to frame price for shock absorber and linkages, and GBP£88.00 to swingarm.

PACER:

The PACER has a 2" stretched top tube, with 37 degree rake, that combines the best tradition of British "featherbed" racing frames with the long, low and lean profile favoured by drag racers and custom builders.

FANTOM:

The FANTOM has 2" stretched top tube, 3" raised headstock, and rake for up to 20" over front-ends.

SWINGARMS:

Swingarms for FXR/Dyna/Sportster: (Twin tube rails, with hidden axle-adjustment nuts) from GBP £357.50 to £550.00 depending on width, offset, design and rear brake assembly option. We can supply complete driveside brake assemblies for our wheels which have inboard 10"discs and mini 4-piston callipers.

Wide swingarms for Softail: £1045.00 for up to 200, £1287.00 for up to 250, £1452.00 for up to 300. All our swingarms are available for 0.75" or 1.0" axles, and are fitted with hidden axle ends and supplied with spindles. We can supply complete brake assemblies for our wheels which have inboard 10"discs and mini 4-piston callipers, and all mechanical components for wide-ass conversions. Price on request.

DRIVESIDE PULLEY BRAKE ASSEMBLY :

10" left-hand or right-hand inboard rear disc system. Radial.com/U-Station Assembly. Harrison Billet Brakes 10" full-floating disc and mini-4 calliper on U-Station patented Hoop Anchor bracket (www.u-station.de - choose 'parts', then 'RÄDER & BREMSEN' + then 'BREMSSYSTEM'). For 16", 17" and 18" rims. GBP £1204.50

Elipsys Frames for Buell/Sportster

 


Pacer Frame for Buell / Sportster takes up to 180 rear tyre with 1.25" belt

Elipsys Frames for Buell/Sportster are designed to accept a Buell donor motor and running gear. Available for rubber mounted or hard mounted motors, twin shock or monoshock.

Head stock angle will vary depending on the length and type of front forks, and wheel size.
