FLO-TEC™ from radial.com, is the first comprehensive Air Intake System for Harleys, with Internal Head-breather passages. Choose from show polished, clear anodised or black anodised kits (excluding carburettor).

Precision engineered from 6062-T6 Billet Aluminium, the system is designed to fit Big Twin Evolution Breather and Non Breather, Twin Cam, and Sportster/Buell motors. The mounting kits, with breather passages through the arms, have adapter rings that fit: AFT, Keihin CV, Screamin' Eagle 44, QwikSilver Flange and Spigot, Mikuni HS 40 & HSR 42/45, and S&S Super E and G Shorty.To the outside of the assembly mounts any one of 4 velocity stacks, and twelve filter assemblies for K&N elements, with more designs soon to be issued. All filter assemblies feature a unique, flow-friendly locking ring over the internal fixing screws, that prevent them working loose and being sucked into your motor.

The breather arms are available in stock width, 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 5.25mm overwidth, and 1.5mm and 2.5mm underwidth, to fit most stroked and bored big-inch motors. We have an armset to fit most widths, from S&S 100" 4"x4", through 80" stock, to Merch 131" motors. Sportster/Buell fitments cover any Stock Evo Sportster/Buell cylinder height.

If you're not sure what's been done to your motor, or if you're doing a special modification like stroker plates, or shaved heads, we'll supply you with threaded aluminium cones to screw into the head-breather holes, and you measure between the peaks to determine the exact width of the armset for your motor.

We also make manifolds with stock (1.815"OD/1.625"ID) and S&S (1.880"OD/1.780"ID) diameter exits, with 25mm shorter entrance tract, and Mikuni flange profile. Used with Mikuni, or our own high quality Nitrile rubbers, this manifold is ideal for builders who have stock or S&S headed motors, and who like the carb deeper in the motor, where Mikuni wanted it. It also solves the problem of tying the air filter to the heads without spacers, as it allows the correct fitment of Flo-Tec or aftermarket air filter assemblies. For spigot carbs like AFT, CV , QwikSilver or Mikuni HSR 42, the Flo-Tec mounting bracket provides a rock solid support to the front of the carb and filter assembly or velocity stack.

Our own issue inlet manifolds are available with flanges that match the external profile of QwikSilver, Mikuni, and S&S, doing away with an old problem of mis-matched manifolds. Tapered internal walls of adapter rings, manifolds and spacers mate properly with adjoining components, for minimum flow turbulence.
